In August and September we offer a short safari in Kenya which lasts 4 days. It easily can be extended to include even more highlights and departure and arrival not automatically has to be Nairobi. Experience wildlife in their natural habitat and be enchanted by the hospitality of the Kenyans. Countless fantastic scenes wait to be photographed in a breathtaking natural setting. Day 1 

Nairobi – Tsavo West

At 06:45 am departure from Nairobi and journey to Tsavo West National Park. Driving mostly on Mombasa Road, you will pass the scenic Chyullu Hills along the way as your entry point, Mtito Andei Gate gets closer. The park is about 9 065 squarekilometres large. With game drive enroute it is expected that you will arrive in good time for lunch and thereafter enjoy a short rest. After that your driver guide will take you on another afternoon game drive. Combined, the Tsavo (East and West) is Kenya’s (and one of the world’s) largest remaining wilderness parks, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy and marvel at the gift of nature. Also known as the land of lava, springs and man eaters, Tsavo West National Park’s highlights include the Mzima Springs which will be visited as well. The underground streams supply a great part of Kenya’s coastal settlements. The source is at Chyulu Hills lava massif. Accommodation will be at the Ngulia Safari Lodge or equivalent. 

Day 2

Tsavo West - Amboseli National Park

We recommend an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Enjoy breakfast at the accommodation and thereafter proceed from Tsavo West to Amboseli, exiting through Chyulu Gate, with game drive enroute. You will approach Amboseli from Kimana gate, once again bypassing Chyulu Hills to your left. Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s premium parks has been nicknamed Kilimanjaro’s Royal Court. It lies north west of Africa’s highest mountain, the snowcapped, majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. This park displays a perfect, an almost surreal image; large concentration of wildlife, dominated by big herds of elephants, and, the mountain in the backdrop combine to present visitors with some of the most memorable images of Africa’s natural beauty. Overnight stay will be at Kibo Safari Camp. 

Day 3

Amboseli National Park

You will depart from the lodge after breakfast at about 08:15 am to spend the full day in the park, exploring and tracking wildlife, breaking only for lunch at the lodge. The park covers an area of about 400 squarekilometres. Second overnight stay in Amboseli will again be at Kibo Safari Camp. 

Day 4

Amboseli - Nairobi

Another early morning pre-breakfast game drive, to experience the sunrise is recommended. Just like humans, the non nocturnal animals are usually active in the morning. It’s the time when one is likely to encounter the cats chasing their prey or even witness a kill. You will return to the lodge for breakfast and commence the journey back to Nairobi. Expect to arrive in Nairobi with certainly unique pictures and videos during the late afternoon to complete your four day safari adventure.

• The price for the 4 days adventure safari is 985 €.
• Accommodations are in the 3 stars range. Against extra charge upgrades to 4 or 5 stars are possible.
• The minimum number of participants is 4 (in one 4x4 safari jeep) and the maximum number of participants is 18 (in three 4x4safari jeeps).
• Gladly we offer extensions to this trip, for example to the national park with the highest concentration of wildlife in Kenya, the world famous Maasai Mara. More Kenyan highlights are a freight train safari or visit the Maasai tribe even several days to get to know them and their culture more precisely. Or how about a side trip to Tanzania or Zanzibar?

• After receiving the booking confirmation a deposit of 350 € has to be paid. The remaining payment has to be completed latest 2 weeks before the trip.
• A cancellation up to 4 weeks before the trip is free of charge.
• A cancellation between 27 and 3 days before the trip attracts a cancellation fee of 75 % of the overall price.
• Any no show or an early departure will result in a 100 % payment of the total price and there will be no refund.
