The Palo Santo is an extraordinary 4 stars design hotel. Any cancellation at the booked day of arrival, during a visit or a no show:

• 100 % of the complete price

Any cancellation for bookings containing at least 1 day of the easter holidays, 1 day of the carnival or 1 day between December 25th and January 4th needs to be notified 16 days in advance.
